**SwipeXtube** is a platform that exclusively features content embedded from third-party hosts and is not the primary publisher or host of the material. We strictly adhere to DMCA compliance regarding the direct management of our own site content, but we **do not host** the video files themselves.

**Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice regarding embedded content, SwipeXtube will take reasonable steps to promptly remove the infringing link or access to the content within our control.
